Construction Industry Air Quality Coalition letter to CARB re: Proposed "Prohibition of False Statements" regulation
In response to the proposed "Prohibition of False Statements" regulation, that is false statements to CARB not by CARB, the Construction Industry Air Quality Coalition sent the following letter to Chairman Mary Nichols and the Members of the Board. CARB has decided to postpone the workshop on the regulation until next year. Meanwhile CARB continues to lie, exaggerate and manipulate statistics....
