There is a billion dollar state agency that calls itself the California Air Resources Board (CARB).    

But CARB actually stands for  the California Agency of Retarded Bureaucrats.   They are so incredibly stupid that they know not, they care not,   what they do to you, the working families of California. 

Your state legislators have been lying to you.  Remember how they shed crocodile tears when they fired 10,000 teachers in the state because there was no more money in the state budget.   Then behind your back,  they gave the cesspool CARB agency a billion dollars of your money.   A lot of their political friends are on the payroll at CARB.

Proof of that they are a bunch of retarded bureaucrats is that they claim to be an "environmental agency."   However,  they have imposed absolutely dumb regulations on California citizens that  have  in fact  created  massive pollution of the environment of  California and neighboring states for the last twenty years.   It is a proven fact recognized by political leaders and scientists all over the world.  See the list below.

CARB is part of the  California EPA, which can be rightfully called the California  Environmental Pollution Agency because it rubber  stamps all the actions taken by CARB.    It is also a collection of  highly-paid political hacks who claim to safeguard the environment of the state.  But the only thing “green” about them are the fat public payroll checks they stuff in their pockets. 

1.  CARB and CAL EPA  put the MTBE poison in California gasoline for ten years after 1996, even though they were warned repeatedly by good scientists that it was toxic, that it would pollute the ground water of the state, and that it would not make any significant reduction in air pollution.    All this proved to be true.   The state government finally said as much.   This cost the working families of California over  $25 billion of totally unnecessary expense.   Ten years after the MTBE  was taken out of our gasoline, the MTBE poison is still being found in the ground water that people are drinking today.   And there is no way to get it out of most of our ground water.   Your children will be drinking it for decades. 

2. CARB has now  proposed stupid new regulations on diesel engines that power  everything in the state and country.    But they never tested the consequences of the changes in diesel engine design that they want to enforce.   It is  now known that these changes cause diesel engines to burn more fuel for a given mileage,  that is,  the  engine mileage and efficiency are reduced.    This is the most damaging thing that can be done under the mandates of the state law  AB32 that aims to reduce  "greenhouse gases that are causing global warming."    Reduced mileage in diesel engines means that more  fossil fuel will be  burned and more CO2 will be  deposited into the atmosphere in California.   INCREDIBLY STUPID  -- BUT CONSISTENT WITH WHAT THESE  STATE-PAID IDIOTS ALWAYS DO.  THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY  DID BY FORCING THE MTBE IN THE GASOLINE FOR TEN YEARS. 

The other insult to the California economy is that the forced, but totally stupid replacement of all  perfectly good  diesel  engines used in California will cost the state businesses  and workers at least  $30 billion  -- and the loss of  another million jobs in the state.    50,000 small truckers will be put out of business.   The big trucking firms will own the state.  They will just increase the prices of all goods delivered by trucks by at least  20%. 

REMEMBER:  YOUR ELECTED STATE LEGISLATORS,  ASSEMBLYMEN AND SENATORS,   APPROVE EVERYTHING THE CARB  BUREAUCRATIC IDIOTS DO TO YOU AND YOUR STATE. 

YOU CAN STOP THEM.    DO WHAT THE TRUCKERS ARE DOING.   PUT UP A SIMPLE SIGN IN YOUR WINDOW,  ON YOUR LAWN, AS  A BUMPER STICKER,  THAT SAYS:

“ASSEMBLYMAN  SMITH (OR STATE SENATOR   JONES) YOU LIED TO US.  YOU PROMISED TO PROTECT THE WORKING FAMILIES OF THIS STATE.   YOU FIRED  10,000 TEACHERS CLAIMING THAT THERE WAS NO MORE MONEY.   THEN  YOU  GAVE A BILLION DOLLARS TO THE FRAUD AGENCY CARB.   HOW MANY OF YOUR FRIENDS ARE ON THE PAYROLL OF CARB?
