Ron Loveridge: "Don't Suspend the Rules"

Despite the fact that Hien Tran was unqualified to write a report on which the Heavy Duty Truck and Bus rules are based, Ron Loveridge wants to move ahead and wreck the economy of the state. He agrees that the report should be done again, and knows it was wrong that a staffer lied about his qualifications, but that is not enough for him to do the right thing and suspend the rule.
